Parking is a headache, with a valet-only situation and a nearby garage that guests can't use. The property shows signs of wear, with carpets and fixtures needing some TLC, and housekeeping was inconsistent—multiple days without proper bathroom refreshes left us wanting. The elevator situation was dodgy. buttons didn’t feel reliable and sometimes it felt like a bit of a gamble getting up to our room. Also, dealing with the lack of hot water during check-in was less than ideal after a lengthy trip.
